dear....juz to share...i used to eat apples everyday masa mula2 nak diet dulu....campur..epal ijo n epal merah...kdg wat salad ltk mayonis n kismis n anggur...i telan tu every lunch hour...mmg turun sket la berat..tp kan..end up dgn nak muntah dah tgk apple..hahaha..skang i xmkn dah xle telan..haha..den, i amal telur plak pg2,dgn syarat lunch x mkn la.mmg x lpr waktu lunch..tp kan..if u take eggs everyday, kolestrol cpt naik la...nih..nk kne amal beans n salmon la plak kn...aiseh...i msih tmimpi2 properety.i x mkn lg thn ni ok..tahan...btahan..jgn mkn..lmbtnya ry cina nak hbs..xnak tgk dah iklan beger tu!!
